| C. | Submittals |
| 1. | Shoring and Sheeting Plan: Before starting work submit a shoring and sheeting plan prepared by licensed civil engineer. |
| 2. | Dewatering Plan: Before starting work, submit a dewatering plan describing the basic components of the dewatering system proposed and its planned method of operations. Submit the dewatering performance records weekly. |
| D. | Delivery And Storage |
| Deliver and store materials in a manner to prevent contamination or segregation. |
| E. | Protection |
| 1. | Shoring and Sheeting: Shall meet the following requirements: |
| a. | Prevent undermining of pavements and slabs. |
| b. | Banks may be sloped where space permits and as directed. |
| 2. | Dewatering: Include in dewatering the collection and disposal of all forms of surface and subsurface water that may be encountered in the course of construction. |
| 3. | High voltage duct banks: Restrict placement of soils from placement on top of duct bank vaults. |
| 4. | Protect areas from traffic with marking tape. |
