How do I request IT assistance with my
computer?
Please complete and submit an online
Service Request, located in the
Helpdesk section of the website.
When can I expect to have my Service
Request completed?
Please see the
IT Service Standards(pdf)
document for standard timelines. You can also check the status of
your request by clicking on the
SR Status Check
button in the
Helpdesk section.
How do I request IT setup for a new
employee or consultant?

Purchasing/Ordering Software/Hardware/Other
Equipment
How do I order or purchase software,
hardware, or other IT-related equipment?
Please check to see if the product is on
the
CP Hardware/Equipment and Software
Standards(pdf)
list.
- If the product is non-standard for
your unit or involves a charge, please fill out a
Technology Order form(MS
EXCEL).
Instructions are included in the excel workbook. All non-standard
requests are sent to the Vice Chancellor for approval.

If the product is standard for your unit and does not involve a cost,
please send in a
Service Request.
