Committee on Academic Planning and Resource
Allocation
The Committee on Academic Planning and
Resource Allocation (CAPRA), a committee of the Academic
Senate, initiates and advises the Senate on annual and
long-range academic and physical plans. As part of this charge,
CAPRA reviews proposed major capital projects at the concept,
feasibility, and program phases. The chair of CAPRA also sits
on the Executive Campus Planning Committee, and represents
CAPRA in ECPC deliberations. CAPRA typically meets twice a
month.
