Program Committees
A Program Committee is appointed by the
Executive Vice Chancellor - Provost for each major building
project. The charge of the Program Committee is to work with
the project manager and architects to guide the program and
design of the building within an approved scope, budget, and
schedule. The Committee confirms the composition and
organization of the program, space and functional requirements,
and advises other key issues related to the project. Program
Committees include staff, faculty, and student representatives,
and as a rule are chaired by the Vice Provost for Academic
Planning and Facilities.
