Partial access interruption of roadway: trenching on Centennial Drive. Lack of roadside shoulder requires partial lane closures with traffic control for worker safety. Replace underground electrical feeders from Centennial/Rimway to Botanical Garden, along north side of Centennial. May 22-July 17, 2009 7:00am-3:00pm
Partial access interruption of roadway and walkway: Esplanade site around Sather Tower, Esplanade  Drive, near LeConte Hall and Birge Hall. Restoration work on spire of Campanile. Fencing will be in place and will be revised to block all access to Esplanade Way when crane is onsite. May 26-August 21, 2009 Continuous
Partial access interruption of roadway, walkway and parking: east side of Bowles Hall. Occasional truck passage both through the parking lot on the north side and through basketball court on south side. Staging area will be at the top of the parking lot. There will be additional off-hours interruption required to trench acorss road to connect Haas transformers to new feeders. It is anticipated that this shutdown will take place over Memorial Day weekend to minimize impact. Retaining wall will be constructed on east side of Bowles Hall. May 27-August 20, 2009 7:00am-3:00pm
Partial access interruption of roadway, walkway, parking and basketball court: Bowles Hall. Several parking spaces at top of Bowles lot will be used for access and laydown space during construction. Access to south end will be via Rimway through basketball court. Retaining wall on east side of Bowles Hall requires use of parking on north side and basketball court on south side. Soil removal and concrete truck will require intermittent access. May 29-August 20, 2009 7:00am-4:00pm
Partial access interruption of roadway, walkway and parking: Sather Tower. Steel plate will be brought via trucks to site on June 26. Flagpersons will be onsite. Crane will be assembled June 29 in parking area directly north of esplanade; crane will be brought in Esplanade drive to east side of Sather Tower where it will be used to lower lantern and other materials. Crane will be dismantled on July 2 and leave site. Expect constant truck traffic. Restoration work on spire of Sather Tower. Crane onsite to remove lantern and lantern base. June 29-July 2, 2009 4:00am-4:00pm
Complete access interruption of roadway: access to Bancroft Way from the walkway/roadway in between Bancroft Parking Structure and Hearst Memorial Gym. Installation of directional bore sub-drainage piping for Law Infill project. Hearst Gym and the Bancroft Parking Structure will remain open at all times. June 29-July 15, 2009 Continuous
Partial access interruption of roadway and walkway:  South Drive, across from Stephens Hall. Replace existing curbs and gutters with new concrete sidewalk and curb cuts July 8-August 21, 2009 8:00am-4:00pm
Partial access interruption of roadway and walkway: near  Hilgard and Wellman Halls; crane positioned in driveway exit out of Wellman lot. Contractor will provide flagperson at the entry of the drive to assist vehicle parking or existing Wellman lot as the entry will be used for both entry and exit during hours crane is on site. 2nd crane pick. Contractor to lift additional tile to roof of Hilgard via crane. Contractor has scheduled to work Saturday morning to minimize impact o building occupants and passerbys. July 11, 2009 6:00am-Noon
