Lease Maintenance

If, after your lease has commenced, you or your landlord have any specific questions about rent payments or recharges appearing on your ledger, please contact T. Anne Stinson at 510.642.4833.

If you have any questions about your lease terms or are having problems with your landlord, please contact Barb Evans at 510.642.9942 or Helen Levay at 510.643.2066 for assistance. RESO will contact you several months prior to your lease expiration date to discuss your options regarding whether or not you wish to renew your lease, if your space needs have grown or contracted, and if you want to look into a possible relocation. If at any time during the course of your lease you wish to explore any of these possibilities, feel free to contact us for information.
